Warranty airbag replacement From the time I drove up to drop our car off for it's appointment to have the airbag replaced under warranty until I dropped off the loaner car the ne From the time I drove up to drop our car off for it's appointment to have the airbag replaced under warranty until I dropped off the loaner car the next day, the service department lived up to what I expected of Lexus. There was a very nice Lexus RX350 waiting for me to "borrow" until our car was ready. Our car was ready when expected, but since we had also asked for a couple of small parts to be ordered for us and they wouldn't be available until the next day, I was told to keep the loaner for another day. Unfortunately, when I arrived the next afternoon, only 1 of the 2 parts could be found, so another order had to be placed. Yes, these things can and do happen. The staff was very apologetic and promptly ordered the part again and called me when it arrived. All of the staff was courteous and helpful. We look forward to working with Jim Hudson Lexus in the future. More
