I would like to offer a suggestion. When someone is standing in front of a service counter for 5-10 minutes, the other advisors that are sitting at there with NO customer, it would be nice for them to standing in front of a service counter for 5-10 minutes, the other advisors that are sitting at there with NO customer, it would be nice for them to make the effort to ask the customer standing at the empty counter if the could assist them.
