I waited for 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. The employees gave me no directions about checking in and I finally found out after an hour that I needed to stand outside of my car. I stood outside The employees gave me no directions about checking in and I finally found out after an hour that I needed to stand outside of my car. I stood outside of my car for 45 minutes. Apparently it takes another two hours to change oil and rotate tires. Ridiculous! More
