Interestingly, I didn't buy my new Signia in Sumter... A couple weeks back, at the dealership where I bought this new car and new locking lug nuts, my sales rep (great overall experience in the purchase) advised me that his Service Center Team would be able to install my locking lug nuts, but not until several hours later, at the end of the day, and there would also, understandably, be a charge involved. The difference with Ms. Hali Kirk and her Toyota Sumter Service Center Team is not just that they got me in and out in 15 minutes, they did it free of charge!
