Bought a 2011 cruse and paid almost 7000, I was assured, all problems have been fixed two days later ran hot, and all engine lights came on refused to do anything for us. The woman at the service desk said my dealer addendum (about $2000) on the tires ran out at 10,000 miles. I then talked to the sales manager. He said my dealer addendum on the tires ran out at 12,000 miles. When I mentioned the discrepancy between the two of them, he said, “Oh, she was probably right.” Either way, they were going to make sure they did not replace my tire or give me a discount on the tire which they wanted $259 for. Took car in for 60,000 miles maintenance. After receiving my car back I notice that my steering was off. Took car back 3 times. On the 3 return visit I was told I needed an alignment. In these very weird times of inventory shortages, I looked out of state at Scott Will Toyota to purchase a truck. Alan helped me in the process. He was absolutely amazing! Fred and Rana are top notch people. From agreeing to numbers over the phone with Fred since I live in Florida and discussing extended coverages with Rana to protect my new Platinum Tundra. This dealership knows how to take care of their customers. I greatly appreciate you all and thank you so very much for the painless and the easiest car buying experience ever. I will definitely come back again to discuss purchasing another vehicle. Fred even helped with the Shipping company to load my vehicle on the trailer and kept me in the loop with everything. Was looking to buy a Sienna van and discovered that there weren't very many available. Additionally, the few that were available were either in transit, or at other dealers who weren't very enthused about s weren't very many available. Our salesman, Gregory Jenkins tried very hard to persuade these dealers to trade one of the few Siennas out there for us but to no avail. Fortunately for us, Scott Will received the perfect Sienna van for us, just not in the color we wanted. Greg called us about it to see if we were interested in it and while we didn't get the color we were hoping for, we are very pleased with the van we bought and with the service Greg provided for us. Thank you Scott Will, Greg Jenkins and Horace Parker for your dedicated efforts to meet our needs and look forward to servicing our vehicle in the future. More
