While almost everything was positive, but we were left sitting alone over 30 minutes, until I asked someone to locate our salesman--it was noon and we were extremely hungry. No offer of water... We were then moved to the finance seating area and soon the deal was finalized. Both finance employees, while not unfriendly, were strictly business. The second employee, who did not provide his name, did not invite us into his office and even yelled out questions to us across the waiting area, while another customer was not far from us. This seems very unprofessional. More
