They were worn down to almost Because of a nail puncture in an unrepairable part of a tire, I finally bit the bullet in getting a set of 4 new tires. They were worn down to almost the warning mark. Will Hallman was my assistant service manager. He was very pleasant to talk to; wasn't pushy about which tires. I made the choice. I told him I wanted them to at least last to the 250,000 mile mark on my "02 4Runner ( stands at 209+ now; most reliable vehicle I have ever owned..) I have always received first class service at Jim Hudson Toyota in Irmo. That's why I keep going back. I would like to make some recommendations about social distancing and wearing of masks in vehicle drop off area: (1) close middle intake lane to allow for social distancing area; (2) check temperatures of customers before they enter intake area. (3) require wearing of masks by employees and customers ( I forgot mine this morning at drop off. Fortunately intake area was almost deserted then. I wore my mask at pickup at midday. Saw very few masks. Scary when in close quarters. (4) Plastic shields should be mounted on service counters between assistant service managers and customers. Helps protect both parties. More

Excellant service and workmanship. I brought my 2019 Avalon in for a 50,000 maintenance. My schedule had changed and the service department allowed me to move up my appointment 2 days. I brought my 2019 Avalon in for a 50,000 maintenance. My schedule had changed and the service department allowed me to move up my appointment 2 days. My car was ready to be picked up less than 2 hours after I left it. All work had been completed as promised. Great visit! More
