Chris Tudor (Top Of The Line Service Advisor) Was in last week for maintenance on my Tacoma and Chris Tudor was the best thing since sliced bread with all his knowledge and professionalism. Bought 4 cars here within 3 years! The Jeep was a flood victim, the Cadillac no one seems to be able to complete service, the Toyota had a stall no one fixed, so far we will see about the truck!!!!!! Bad service Had my car serviced. Told rep not to fix until he called me on price. He fixed and called me and said we owe $700. We complained but paid. We picked i Had my car serviced. We picked it up and he said he would have to take dashboard off and then fix the remainder. He said he would know what was wrong until then. That would cost $250 and he would go from there. We had already paid $700. Then we were looking at another $250 and whatever it cost to fix it. We said no and picked up the car. We carried to a mechanic in Chapin and he fixed it without taking out the dashboard. Charged us only $250. You ripped us off and did not fix car. We will never come back again. More

Its not the big things (my new RAV 4) it's the little things. Personable, professional, honest, enjoyable, trustworthy and caring, and that's from Mr. Hudson himself to the lovely lady in the sandwich sh things. Car buying takes forever and it's always a dreaded prospect, but not here! From Jim Hudson to Bill Soneson to Nick Simonson to Sly Daniels and everyone in between, this dealership is hands down the best at everything. Leadership comes from the top and having now met Mr. Hudson it's easy to see why this dealership was recommended.
