When my car was finished, Ted came to get me and, again, was most courteous and took care of finishing business in a very friendly way. Quick, almost hassle-free Jim Hudson Toyota does well at working with customers to quickly identify needs and reduce the hassles of buying a car. It's still not quite as quick Jim Hudson Toyota does well at working with customers to quickly identify needs and reduce the hassles of buying a car. It's still not quite as quick as CarMax, as there's still a need to deal with managers, the back office, etc. rather than just a quick sale. However, they did their best to expedite these processes. Wrong Part Delivered I want to commend Jerry Lankford for helping us when we were in a bind. The wrong part came in for our Rav 4 and we were going to have to wait another I want to commend Jerry Lankford for helping us when we were in a bind. The wrong part came in for our Rav 4 and we were going to have to wait another day until the part came in. My daughter had to work that day and we would have been a car short. Jerry was very helpful in getting us a loaner at no cost to us. The part came in the next morning and we were able to pick up the car by 10:30 AM. Thanks for all of your help Jerry!!! More
