Wonderful experience Needed transponder keys made for my car. Since I needed to leave car and advisor I spoke with wouldn't be there Saturday he handed me off to Savannah. The center is large and has many amenities with comfortable seating, TV, free coffee, and cookies, and even a movie theater. While I was there waiting on service for my old van, I actually bought a new van from Jim Hudson Toyota. This was our second vehicle bought here in the past 7 years. More
Tire Rotation I was greeted with a smile and great customer service. He gave me a tour of the dealership so I would know my way around while I waited. While waiting there is complimentary coffees, cookies and places to connect to the internet. If you have children there is even a movie with popcorn available. I chose to sit, relax and sip on a latte while I waited. Mr. Creamer also gave me his business card and told me to call him anytime if I ever had any questions. Fast professional service, reasonable price. My 2004 Prius had a battery problem. I had an 8:45 appointment for diagnostics and was on my way home by noon with a new battery and a clean car! Fortunately for me it was the smaller battery that had died, so instead of $3000, my bill was only about $300. Sweet! Now I'm ready to go for another 210,000 miles! Love my Prius! More

Not as good as expected. I left my car on a Saturday because a part had to be ordered. Tuesday when they called it was ready I got there to find it still had the problem I to I left my car on a Saturday because a part had to be ordered. Tuesday when they called it was ready I got there to find it still had the problem I took it for originally. They called me back to see what was wrong and it was probably the cause and not the work done first. I paid over $400 the first time and second time over $700. I was charged more for the second job than had been quoted previously for that particular repair. Then I drove it and the check engine light came on and took it back to find that they had not fastened a house properly. I live on social security and this was hard for me. Patrick the man who I usually have help me was off the Tuesday I tried to pick up my car. He is a pleasure to work with and seems very concerned with customers getting excellent service. I feel that the $400 was a cost I didn't need! I was very disappointed, and have used your service many times. More
