Pushed into lease. Our daughter went into to get a car due to a life change. She was swayed by salesman who charmed her to do a lease for a car that was not really best Our daughter went into to get a car due to a life change. She was swayed by salesman who charmed her to do a lease for a car that was not really best for her but for them. They had her sign paperwork but she didn't have funds available yet so kept everything but let her still take car with dealer plates. After actually driving it she found out that the car was not even what she wanted but didn't know what to do and ended up dropping it back off to them. She then was told that she still had to keep the car and there was nothing that could be done and instead of trying to help basically said too bad. Sad to see how young inexperienced adults are treated especially when dealing with other personal events. More

Fast, efficient, excellent service I always ask for and schedule my service when JB Storey is on duty. JB always bends over backward to accommodate and to delight the customer. In this case, my personal needs necessitated changing my appointment twice. JB was understanding and made it work for me. At arrival at the shop, JB estimated the work would take 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
