Good team! I was looking for a 2013 Audi s5 for a few weeks when I came across theirs. I made an appointment for the following day with Rob, he emailed the carfa I was looking for a 2013 Audi s5 for a few weeks when I came across theirs. I made an appointment for the following day with Rob, he emailed the carfax for us with no hesitation(unlike the last dealer). Very pleased with how easy and non-pushy he was unlike a few other dealers we met with. We ended up walking out with the car I wanted, an extended warranty and a better interest rate than my own credit union! Very pleasant bunch of guys and the owner was with us for the whole process. My daughter scheduled an appointment with Dave and when she arrived to look at the car she had spoken to the xxxxx about he hid in the back of the dealership and had his coworkers let her know that the car wasn't available . When she confronted the little xxxxx, he cowered like a little girl and retreated to the back. The classless swine even sent his coworkers out to try and apologize . What a piece of crap Never go back and wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone More

Buyer beware I bought a Nissan maxima from Jim Juliani motors and the actual sale was great. I was promised the a/c would be fixed, and the car would receive an o I bought a Nissan maxima from Jim Juliani motors and the actual sale was great. I was promised the a/c would be fixed, and the car would receive an overall inspection. When I picked up the car a/c was not fixed after keeping the car for an extra week for "repairs". They did a quick charge, I asked does this FIX the problem permanently? Yes they said. Nope. Lasted 1 month. Also since the day I bought it there was an oil leak. They took the car 4 times to fix....supposedly fixed the A/C again...and this summer I have no a/c again....and oil to this day is still leaking. Mr Juliani is not a professional by any means...he stated in a facebook review that he tried but can not fix as it irreparable. Then why did you sell an irreparable vehicle!?!?!?!? He stated that I should not expect a used car to run like new....new?!?!?! How about a car that can hold oil as that is how a car runs. Mr Juliani also did not reimburse me, as written in a letter from the state attorney for 550.00 I paid for my first oil change that resulted in the car can't hold oil, 4 bad rotors, lug nut missing on rear tire......I have all documents. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. More
