This issue could have been resolved during my phone call to service department vs hour drive to dealership and $20 gas fee for loaner car. My car’s cruise control randomly quits working with alarm and yellow warning light for forward sensor. Then the sensor randomly resets itself allowing adaptive cruise control to be used. I should have simply been directed to the Infinity pro pilot map that shows gaps in service area. Service department evaluated my car and said no service required. Just a vague statement that there are dead areas. When I picked up the car the sales department was more helpful and directed me to the map. I even called another dealership service department. Same vague response. At the very least I shouldn’t have been charged for gas on loaner. More

I called on a Friday morning when my Service Now popped up on my dash. Michael said he could do it that day. I drove over and dropped off my QX50. They have me a ride back to my office, serviced the card, up on my dash. Michael said he could do it that day. I drove over and dropped off my QX50.
