I recently purchased a Infiniti G37 Convertible from Lupient Infiniti. The Lupient team is friendly, courteous and professional. Most impressive is the manner in which the vehicle is delivered to the customer. The vehicle was parked in an exclusive delivery bay to ensure privacy during the delivery process while the Sales Consultant explains the features of the vehicle. This was the most pleasant vehicle purchase experience I have ever had!!! More
Sandy was the best! She went out of her way to get me into a used Infiniti after I totaled my Maxima in early November. Mary's attention to detail and responsiveness was a breath of fresh air for us as she helped orchestrate the purchase of our new QX80 at Lupient. During the month previous to our visit to Lupient we had visited upwards of 8 dealerships looking for a new vehicle. During that experience we became fed up with sales folks ignoring our sated preferences in favor of trying to sell vehicles we did not want from existing inventory. Mary was by far the best sales person we met during our search for a new vehicle. We really appreciated her strong listening skills, forthright communication, and true interest in completing the best deal possible for us. Even after she had "made the deal" she was eager to follow up to provide quality service to make the overall experience of purchasing and owning the QX80 truly enjoyable. Really this is as it should be given the amount of money involved in this purchase. Thanks to Lupient and most of all thanks to Mary, a truly outstanding sales person. More
This is our fourth vehicle from Lupient Infiniti and we couldn't be happier. The staff is superb, the new digs fantastic and the service second-to-none. The whole experience was exceptional. Our kids, 8 & 12, love to entertain themselves at the snack area and check out the cars (hopefully not with sticky fingers). The Lupient staff is so kind and really makes us all feel comfortable and wanted. We ended up with a new (2013) G37x and it's wonderful (our third G - had one M). Evan Henderson & Greg Pomish are fab. We'll ALWAYS go back to those guys and the rest of the Lupient team for our Infinitis. Also has a great experience when I had some routine service done. I recently was searching for a hard to find VW with tdi. In one day I talked to approximately 20 dealerships. But, one stood out, I called about a 2012 touareg at Lupient Infiniti in Golden Valley MN. I li In one day I talked to approximately 20 dealerships. But, one stood out, I called about a 2012 touareg at Lupient Infiniti in Golden Valley MN. I live in central Illinois approx. 589 miles from the dealership. When I initially called I left a voice mail for Sandy Lange. When Sandy called back within minutes The best car buying experience I have ever had started. While talking to Sandy I felt at ease and comfortable. She knew the car inside and out even though it wasn't their make. She personally had driven the car and answered every question I had. In the conversation we talked about kids, travel, work, I felt like I was talking to an old friend. I made an offer on the car and they accepted the offer. Fast foward to 4 days later I left my home at 2am and drove to Minnesota with a freind that was going to Rochester, MN. Sandy met me picked me up and took me to the dealership. This is where the experience got even better. Sandy made sure I was comfortable if I needed anything after a long drive in the middle of the night. I met Greg Pomish the sales manager, I had never seen a sales manager at a dealership. ( They are the illusive guys that sit in an office somewhere and don't approve any deals) They truly made me feel like I was family. I had an issue with getting my insurance card faxed Sandy gave me her office to make phone calls back home to get the proper paperwork. Then I met with Kathy Crupi the business manager. She explained everything had all the paperwork filled out and ready to sign, even the paperwork for Illinois. I then took delivery of my car which was spotless full of fuel and ready to go. When I left the dealership It was the first time I had bought a car and had ZERO questions in my mind if I had gotten a good deal. To top it all off Sandy checked in with me several times on my drive home to make sure I liked the car and that I was doing ok.. I guess it comes down to this, Would I drive 589 miles each way again to purchase a vehicle from Lupient Infiniti YES ABSOLUTELY!!!!! More

I was considering getting another Nissan, which I was very satisfied with, and not necessarily planning to buy an Infiniti. She was professional, pleasant, straightforward, and I totally enjoyed working with her. Her immediate response, great customer service and the fact that you had a car that I really liked that was available made me want to buy it. I never felt any pressure, and had all of my questions answered. I got a fair deal on my trade in and the whole experience was very good!! I would buy another car from Sandy and will recommend her to my colleagues. Infiniti is smart to have Sandy on the team! More

After owning my new car for a while, I can honestly say I’m even more impressed with its quality, performance, handling, and styling. After running around with insurance I called over to the dealership and I mentioned that I got into a accident and had a few scratches. The minute I got there Lisa was there to greet me and they looked at my car and said they could fix it right then and there. I watched as they revamped my car along with Jarad into looking brand new and stayed longer than they needed to. Some reviews can seem cheesey but this is one is the truth. There is no better team of genuwine people who care about their customers like they do. Thank you guys so much for everything you do. More
I went into this dealership on or about the 7th of August, 2012. At this point, my trade was valued and a price negotiated. We were about $600.00 off my the trade for my vehicle in order to pull the August, 2012. At this point, my trade was valued and a price negotiated. We were about $600.00 off my the trade for my vehicle in order to pull the trigger and purchase from this dealership - As most saavy consumers I needed some time to think about this purchase; my goal was lowing my payment. Yes I had a 2012 Mercedes trading for a 2012 Infiniti (lease). On the 20th of August I was contacted by the salesman, Jaime Larson, asking if I was still interested or if I had purchased anything yet. I told him no. He stated they would stick by their numbers and make the deal happen. I took an additional 15 days to think about this purchase - On the 10th of September I contacted Jaime and stated that I was interested in purchasing the vehicle if the numbers would still work. He stated he would get in touch with his sales manager and get back with me. He called me and said, "we need you to come into the dealership, we can make the figures work." I went back into the dealership, they again looked at my car - it now had 300-400 miles more - no stratches - SAME VEHICLE - nothing changed. The sales manager told Jaime to come back to me and explain that my car would bring $2,500.00 less now and my payment $70.00 more per month. Are you kidding me?!?!?!?!? After 20 days my car is worth $2,500.00 less - RIGHT - I THINK NOT! 1st of all if my 2012 is worth $2,500.00 less, certainly their vehicle which was STILL ON THE LOT is worth $2,500.00 less.........no of course I didn't expect that. They are a scam. They wasted my time, tried to 'con' me into a horrible deal. If anything changed it was the fact that the Infiniti was now on their lot an additional 20 days, a new month and more aggressive dealer incentives. RIDICULOUS. I have bought 36 vehicles in my day (Am no I'm not that old) and NEVER once have I been treated so poorly. Buyer beware. More
