Great experience at Jim Marsh Chrysler Jeep. We had just left GMC Buick to look at the Acadia Denali because that’s what we owned and we are at the end of our lease. We were not impressed at all with the new 2018 Acadia‘s, definitely not impressed with the salesman. When we arrived at jeep we were greeted by all with a warm welcome, Nate instantly shook our hands and asked how he could help us. We explained what we were looking for and he showed us exactly what we wanted, right away I found the jeep I liked. Everyone was very helpful all the way until the end of the purchase. We were getting out of our first lease and into another one, so we weren’t quite familiar with the way it worked. All in all we were very satisfied with Nate and the rest of the Gang were wonderful. We bought my husbands Kia from Mr Marsh two years ago and he is a wonderful man. Thank you all again. More

They are very helpful and accommodating. From online sales to on site sales. We picked a vehicle that we want and we got it!! We had Nate from sales and he was awesome!! Apart from great customer service, their prices are the best in town. I’ll tell ya’ll right now. We went two Chrysler and Jeep dealership and their prices are more like ripoff prices. When we came down to Jim marsh they gave us a bunch of rebates and discounts that the others would not. We ended up saving thousands of dollars. Also, this is the only dealership that I felt like they really care about their customers. We definitely trust them. This is now our go to dealership. Again, I highly recommend this dealership you will never regret it. If you live in Henderson the drive up is worth it. I swear. More
