I want to warn you about a situation i just recently had with Jim Marsh Chrysler Jeep.Took my vehicle in for service the same vehicle they sold me less than a year ago. When it came time to pick up the vehi with Jim Marsh Chrysler Jeep.Took my vehicle in for service the same vehicle they sold me less than a year ago. When it came time to pick up the vehicle i was told that i need front pads and rotors and with labor and parts it came to a little more than $4K. The car is still under the 3/36 and i purchased their top of the line MOPAR warranty but none of issues are covered under either warranty. This was on 2/20/23 and i went and spoke to management and one again stated its not covered so the manager asked is the breaks making any noise or does the steering wheel or car shake and the answer to both was"NO" I was told by this manager that then you don't need brakes and he would speak to service but i have no idea what was discussed. I received a copy of the work needed and after i spoke cooperate they gave me the run around. I then text the service department and asked for a copy of the work needed and this was only a few days later. This second copy of the work needed was totally different. The only thing they stated need was the cabin filter and air filter. I won't throw anyone under the bus by name but i was told they were trying to upsell me. With that being said"whom do i believe or trust?" Save yourselves some pain and take your business to a different dealership because somebody is not being honest. Once they get your hard earned money they just move onto the next victim. For this situation one(1) star is too much...Stay away from this dealership because they will outright LIE to you More
First let me start by saying our salesman Johnny was great. Unfortunately management wasn't. My wife and I stopped by to look at the 2015 Chevrolet Corvette that was priced just shy of $44,000 on a Sa great. Unfortunately management wasn't. My wife and I stopped by to look at the 2015 Chevrolet Corvette that was priced just shy of $44,000 on a Saturday. The price was right so we went to look. While talking with Johnny another man came out and said he was the manager and they were going to lower the price to $40,000. It hadn't been driven recently as there was rust on the rotors, so I thought that along with the fact it has been on the lot for 2 months was the reason to drop the price. This was intriguing so I took the car for a test drive. I was able to take the rust off during the test drive by riding the brake for just a minute. The car was exactly what I wanted and with that price how could I say no. So some quick math with Tax, DMV, and Doc fee the out the door amount would be $46,000. While at the dealership several employees there talked about how the bought it from customer that traded it on a Wrangler 4XE. They said that customer had bought it for their spouse who had passed away and needed something more practical. They talked about how perfect it was and how little they had to do to get it ready for sale. I had made a promise to another dealership to keep an appointment so I told Johnny I may be back on Monday. I came back on Monday, took the unit for another test drive, still loved the unit and told Johnny to write it up and I would secure my own financing. Johnny comes out with the numbers. $44,000 sales price + $4995 recon + $4995 for a product that they kept touting would protect the catalytic converter. This is very funny since a catalytic converter costs less than $2000 installed. There were other features of this product but that was what the touted. So now the $44,000 price was really $54,000. I reminded Johnny the sales price should be $40,000 as his "manager" had stated on Saturday. Johnny when back to the office and the "Manager" came out and said he had said around $40,000. Well around $40,000 isn't $44,000. I also inquired about the $4995 in recon. This was very high, especially because every person I came into contact with said what a great unit it was and that since it was hardly driven they didn't have to do anything but an oil change. That is quite an expensive oil change. The "manager" refused to remove those products so I told them they have a $46,000 out the door offer and to call me if they wanted to make a deal. The interesting thing is the next day the price online was raised to just shy of $54,000. Looks like Jim Marsh Jeep figured decided there was a problem with the way they do business and the pricing model they were using. I noticed today that the price has been lowered $48,998 on their website. Makes you wonder if that is $48,998 + $10,000 in un-needed fees, just to try to get more buyers on their lot. Interesting enough this unit has been on their lot for over 2 months and it would appear I was their first solid offer. Ironically, until recently, Jim Marsh's tagline was, "If you don't drive here, You can't save here" Well Jim, my $46,000 offer is still on the table if you want me to drive there. More
This dealership is the worst! They use a bait and switch technique to get you to call or come into their dealership. They advertise low prices and when you go to purchase the vehi They use a bait and switch technique to get you to call or come into their dealership. They advertise low prices and when you go to purchase the vehicle they say there's some additional addendums fees that you have to pay for. These addendums fees were over $5,000. Here's what you get. BT Series Security, Catalytic Converter Protection, Key Replacement, Trade in Value Guarantee. They will not remove these add-ons. They say it's part of the "recon" on the vehicle. I wouldn't have a problem with this if they just disclosed this information on their Autotrader ad or on their website. When you add in this extra fee their price is higher than most dealers. I will be reaching out to file a complaint to the Nevada DMV and the Attorney General. I will be posting a video as well on YouTube. Honesty is the best policy! More

Classic car dealer tricks wants to run your credit asap so you feel obligated to buy from them then even with perfect credit they will quote you some astronomical rate so they can pack products in avoids a so you feel obligated to buy from them then even with perfect credit they will quote you some astronomical rate so they can pack products in avoids any questions about a discount rather than just being upfront and honest then when you finally get fed up here comes the TO so the manager can try to close you and starts the whole process over again More
We found a new Jeep we wanted to purchase from this dealership, asked for a quote, got it and then called and spoke to them about our trade in. We were driving in from another state and we were promis dealership, asked for a quote, got it and then called and spoke to them about our trade in. We were driving in from another state and we were promised $30,000 for our trade In. When we got there they didn't give us $30,000 but gave us some crap about a trade in credit from another State so they could only give us 26,000. Then they told us the Jeep we picked out was $10,000 more than the quoted price! xxxx NO! Finally the agreed to give us the price we were quoted in the email but proceeded to add other costs into the loan and it was all complete xx but we really needed to upgrade as we had just bought a travel trailer and our Wrangler couldn't pull that much weight. We were exhausted and signed the paperwork and left, that is when I found out they charged us a bunch of crap charges. I have tried to contact them, the refuse to call me back, answer my emails etc, I filed a complaint with the BBB and Attorney General's office and they refuse to respond! BAD PLACE IF YOU WANT TRUSTWORTHY PEOPLE! More
