Steve, thank you for the review. We would like the opportunity to provide some clarity on this situation. You dropped your vehicle off without an appointment for overheating. The overheating issue has resulted in an abundance of repair work. We've provided you with a diagnosis for this work and submitted it to your warranty provider; unfortunately, they've only agreed to cover a portion of the repairs. We understand that this is a frustrating situation for you, but hope you realize that decision is outside of our control.
