I bought a chevy tahoe in 2017 and it has been a nightmare working with them. They lie to me about gap insurance. They have charged me thousands of dollars in services and repairs but claim I have n nightmare working with them. They lie to me about gap insurance. The one reciept I don't have but have the carfax record to show they did the work, they don't honor the shocks life time warranty. Note they cost over $1500. Between buying my truck there and services I've spent over 50K. McKay family shame on you! May God bless you all! A no win situation for me. More

Some stereo place used electrical tape on my existing wiring harness instead of solder and shrink wrap. I dont wznt to go bsck there so they gave me a quote. They said if there was anything they could do for me just come on by. They made me feel at home. Charter, Robert, and the other service writers were all joking around (when appropriate). I had my car transferred to Jim McKay where it was repaired without incident in 6 to 7 business days. It is concerning that the dealer whom I bought my car from did everything they could to let it sit and rot. It sat for 4 months because they had an issue with my insurance company. Jim Mckay really worked hard to get my car done, w/o any delay's. They provided great service and they fixed it faster than I thought possible. Thank you Charter for your honesty; and checking out was smooth and painless. A++ More
Jim McKay really fell off the deep-end. I used to get honest estimates on services such as oil changes and alignments from this dealership. However, I brought in my 2019 Camaro SS for an oi I used to get honest estimates on services such as oil changes and alignments from this dealership. However, I brought in my 2019 Camaro SS for an oil change and was given an estimate of $149.55 after they checked up on my car. I approved the service expecting the actual cost to be somewhat close to the estimate. Instead they wanted $200 (a 33% increase from the estimate) and gave me a discount for a total of $181.86. So I called Denis Gallegos (the service advisor assigned to me) and he told me that the estimate was for an "average Camaro". That is extremely misleading. I gave them my car that they checked up on just to give me an estimate on a lower end version of my car. They recommended other services such as an alignment, brake fluid flush, brake pad and rotor replacement, engine air filter replacement, cabin air filter replacement, and fuel/air induction system service. I can't imagine what the bill I would've been stuck with if I agreed to do the other services with since they gave me an estimate based on an "average Camaro". I am extremely disappointed in the lack of transparency and honesty on how much the actual service would be. It makes me wonder what else they aren't being honest with. More

My truck has a blown speaker and is under warranty. I called to make an appointment but they told me to bring my truck by in the morning, which I did by 8:15 AM. I specifically requested a call before they did anything, waited all day for the call, no call. I called them20 mins before closing, Mike said a tech had looked into the speaker issue but wasn’t able to diagnose the problem. Meanwhile my 8-yr old keeps asking me what is wrong with my speaker. Mike told me they would check on it in the morning. Nope. I wasn’t letting them keep it for another day just to come up with something they could charge me for. I also overheard Mike “Up-selling” an expensive service package to an older guy. He didn’t seem like he wanted it but didn’t know how to decline. Horrible service, I will drive even further out of my way to not go back there. More

No biggie, Then I asked him what the call was regarding He rudely told me that it was too late, that the test had already been run. I told him that we would pay them, no problem. He was aggressive and rude saying that no-one EVER drops a car off and changes their mind. I explained that we would pic up her car and would like a copy of the diagnostic results . I asked him if he could screen shot it and send it to me. He told me, “No, have your daughter do it. I have no way of doing that and I certainly won’t use my phone to do it!” He could have emailed it. He was ugly and acted like I was ruining his day. After reading the other reviews, I realize that his reviews couldn’t get any worse. Perhaps this might save someone else a headache... Do yourself a favor and find another dealership to deal with. More

That's why I went to a dealership instead of a neighborhood mechanic. They replaced parts, charged me a ton of money and didn't fix my problem. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and they actually LIED and said that they told me my truck required additional work, which the invoice clearly shows is false. They are incompetent and dishonest. More

Contacted service department who ignored email and repeated calls. Finally managed to speak with representative who informed me they would not repair as I could not prove their liability. Absolutely appalling and unprofessional service. Check your vehicle before leaving lot. They will not honor any damage once you have paid and left! This still might not be enough - get them to inspect and sign for state of your vehicle as you drop it off into their "care". To be fair, they did fix original issue and were courteous when denying liability for damage... More

I purchased a 2015 Chrysler 200 which is amazing. The guys and ladies there really work with you and take all the time needed to make sure your purchase goes well and is appreciated. I recommend them to my friends and family. More
