But what really made the experience fantastic was that as a young adult with loads of student loan debt who is very early in my credit career, the entire financial team worked with me to purchase a brand new, 2017 Spark. From the initial contact from Shelly Clawson, after using the TrueCar app to the final hand shake from Sales Manager Will Franklin, the whole experience was one of non-pressure and one of realistic helpfulness. Furthermore, Bill Doyle was very understanding as I worked with my lender on getting all paperwork taken care and sent to the dealer for payment to be sent. Also my thanks to all the other employees that I have forgotten to mention to ensure I was being taken care of and just BS'ing with me outside while waiting for everything to go through. This is the type of customer service I have become accustomed to over the years and theses folks shined at it!
