Shelly Clawson is absolutely amazing to purchase a vehicle from.I was in the market very quickly for a different vehicle after a tornado completely totaled mine. I explained to Shelly what exactly I was looking for and the price range I needed to be in. The best part was she listened, made it happen and never once tried to get me into something I didn't specify. I am so extremely happy with this car buying experience and the fact that it was stress free all because of her. I literally walked in found what I wanted and within a few hours at most I was driving my new car home. I cannot say enough great things about this dealership and Shelly Clawson. He rocke I had the privilege to work with Mathias Sturgell at Jim Norton Chevrolet! I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used car!!!! He rocked with me for a week on trying to decide what car I was going to get/ car payments, etc. Mathias even endured all of our grueling questions and still had a smile on his face by the time we finally drove my new car off of the lot. I also previously purchased from this dealership back in June of 2015 and Mathias surpassed the great experience I had the first time. Key Fob When you need parts please go to another area Dealer. I sent my car to Jim Norton under the so called," Extended Warranty" where the vehicle sat for When you need parts please go to another area Dealer. I sent my car to Jim Norton under the so called," Extended Warranty" where the vehicle sat for three weeks without ever being looked at. Then when I asked why all I got in reply was that "We need to verify that your warranty will cover the repairs." Now I am not stupid so when I purchased that warranty at $1978.00 for one year I am certain that Bumper to Bumper does not mean LIMITED. In addition they broke off a part of my mirror and never told me nor did they offer to fix it. Then they broke my Key Fob and never offered to replace it either. I purchased a brand new one from them however and to show their willingness to help me program it they charged me $69,00 plus the $121.00 for the new gadget. Yep I will never service my vehicle there again. I now go to Buick on Memorial which I had used over the past 8 years. They are great with service, great to customers, and I have always been told up front if things were going to cost me. They also fix FREE anything THEY BREAK. More
