Took truck in for recall service and blind spot sensor not working. I was told to leave it for an extra couple days because I was close to being out of warranty so the blind spot sensor would be covered b not working. I was told to leave it for an extra couple days because I was close to being out of warranty so the blind spot sensor would be covered by warranty. After a week of having my truck and saying the sensor adjustment failed after 2 twice and they needed to order parts. Then I was told it looked like a rock or road debris hit it so it would not be covered by warranty and it would be over $1500. Not sure how it took a week to figure that out but I was very disappointed with the service. More
Good experience overall. The finance guy was the best person in the dealership. Salesmen I was working with didn’t come into to see me. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, they said because my tire were old they wouldn’t rotate them? Plenty of tread left due to it being a second vehicle that is not driven much. They didn’t charge me for it but when I got home I realized they didn’t put my wheel lock back that they didn’t use and had to drive back to ask for it. I was third in line and it took 2.5 hours for a oil change?!?! More
They were very timely, professional, and courteous. They also were very accommodating and took me to my job and pick me up and return me to get my vehicle which helped with my flexibility that day.. Worst place. I bought a used car from them and before I got off the lot I had an error message so I go back in and the salesman said he would get it fixed then 4 I bought a used car from them and before I got off the lot I had an error message so I go back in and the salesman said he would get it fixed then 4 stories later I have to pay for the fix. I wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely the worst place to buy a vehicle. These people will tell you whatever lie to get your name on a contract. I will never do business with a Jim Norton facility again. If you need to get lied to, this is the place. They should fire their finance manager, because he plays fast and loose with the truth.
