I told him what I needed the truck to do and what I’d like to have on it. Then he showed me the ones that fit my need and never tried to over sell me into something bigger or costlier. After that the finance department did a great job and came back with an interest rate far lower than I expected. I was asked about a down payment with no urging to pay more. All in all I never felt pressured or rushed. I felt like everyone was just trying to help me find what I wanted. I’ll be a repeat customer and will recommend my friends come here too. Not helpful I am very upset that it took 3 days to figure out financing, when I could've gone anywhere else and purchased it that night. I went in today to get my trade in back because when I looked at the "new" car there was hail damage and the window had been replaced and no one told me about it. When I walked in to return their car I told them about it, and they didn't say a word because they knew that it was like that. Then HAD THE AUDACITY TO ASK ME TO LEAVE A 5 STAR REVIEW!!!!! More
