Alan was my salesman and he was honest, patient, listened carefully to what I wanted and help me obtain the car I chose. The finance staff were very patient, direct, and compassionate as they worked with me. I had concerns on the payment amount and they worked very hard and quickly to help put me at ease. They were able to alleviate my concerns and Ieft there feeling very satisfied and happy with my purchase. The experience was above and beyond what I expected. I will purchase all my cars here. More

marginally satisfactory recall service i came in for a safety recall and check engine light... i was told it would be $200 to evaluate the check engine light... i was asked if i had recen i came in for a safety recall and check engine light... i was told it would be $200 to evaluate the check engine light... i was asked if i had recently filled with gas... i said no, but then remembered the times i had gotten a check engine light based on a loose gas cap... I (not the service manager) then remembered to check the gas cap... it was loose,,, service mgr did reset the check engine light... he did fix the safety recall on the spot within 45 min... i did, however, raise an eyebrow that i was the one who had to think of the loose gas cap problem... still it was great that i got the safety recall problem dealt with while i waited... larry hochhaus tulsa ok More
