I wasn't able to reach you yesterday, but I did dig into the situation a little bit and have an explanation of what happened. The white Hummer that Shaun priced when you spoke with him on 12/18 was a vehicle that we had just recently acquired for sale. We have a full service accessories department that does all of our customization and accessories for both departments. When we received the Hummer, our used car director ordered a custom wheels and tires and a couple other accessories for it. When Shaun first priced the Hummer, the accessories had not been installed yet, therefore did now reflect in our pricing. The week after Christmas, the Hummer had the brand new custom wheels and tires installed, and the service order was closed at the end of the month. That is the reason for the price increase, because it paralleled a cost increase because of the new wheels and tires. In regards to the discrepancy in the price you received from the used car department and the posted autotrader ad price, I am very sorry for that and am working with the managers to ensure that it doesn't ever happen again. Again, I am very disappointed by your negative experience with us, and I would love the opportunity to make it right if you would give me the chance. I assure you that the pricing issue has been corrected with our managers and won't happen again.
