I received a voucher for window tinting, was told it was a $300 value, asked salesman if i could also get a drop on the windshield, he said sure. I called today to make appt, service guy said "on the tahoe you only need to the front 2 windows done because the back ones are already tinted to the legal limit" I said whatever. I dont even know if i am going to bring it in for the tint, because those 2 windows i could have tinted here for $40, I was expecting a full tint job. there is no "legal" limit for rear windows only for the front 2, driver and passenger and a max of a 6 in drop on the front. If im going to have to pay for the back ones, i may as well save my money that i would be spending on gas and pay someone else to do the front 2 when I have the rest done. You can discuss whatever you want to with me, if it wasnt for me your dealership wouldnt have sold us a new car, it was ok to deal with me when I was there, but now that there are problems, you cant because of the privacy act. thanks

Sorry we were slow to get in touch with you, I expressed my concern for this matter to him on Friday, but this weekend was crazy for all of us, as it was the end of the month and end of our fiscal year! I hope that he was able to ensure you complete satisfaction with us, as that is what is most important. He told me about the window tint, and that you would have it done to your liking and send us the receipt and we will reimburse you. Is that satisfactory to you?

I called him back and left a message on his machine, I was going to send the receipt for the oil change and the window tint to you for reimbursement, But I will not be getting to the tint done til I go back to buffalo ny in april, so I have another suggestion, How about you order me a hitch cover for the back of the tahoe instead, which was all i asked for in the begining, its like a $80 piece probably less for you, I would call that more than fair. and I will change my dealerrating as I am sure you wish. thank you
