I bought a use car from this dealer and after 4 weeks I didn’t receive the title because my address was wrong, so I called 3 times, asking about what was going on with the title and they say hoo we will c didn’t receive the title because my address was wrong, so I called 3 times, asking about what was going on with the title and they say hoo we will call you later,well they didn't, after two trips to the dealer I got the title, so now I can pay the tag plates. I ask them what about the address in my account; is going to be wrong too! and they say : sorry is not our problem call to the bank that owns the credit, but they never told me any information about who owns the credit! They call me back and fix the problem,(thanks). I'm just feel that wasn't the best solution, wait until they hear complaints. More

Great Dealer, Found a truck i wanted via the internet, Drove 2 and half hours to dealer. Didnt like truck that I picked out when i got there because it had a bench seat in front, which i didnt notice in Drove 2 and half hours to dealer. They had a similar one with 3900 miles that was a loaner, that they were able to throw in tinted windows to sweeten the deal, because we were gm employee pricing and price wouldnt have mattered on the 3900 mile truck or one with 3 miles on it.
