Just looking at the right time turned into just buying My wife and I had just visited another dealership hoping to take a look at an Armada they had listed. It was in the shop; so, they were going to call us when it was available. We decided to visit a row of dealerships and look at their used SUVs in the mean time. We told one salesman we were just looking before moving on to the next lot. When we got to Jim Norton Toyota, Todd Roberts came over and asked if he could help. I decided to tell him our price range and what we were looking for. He looked at his sheet and said he had an older Sequoia with 84K miles on it they just received. We were very interested as nothing we have looked at has been close to that low of mileage. It was nearly aesthetically pristine, drove great, had a superb CarFax. On to the sale. Painless. Quick. Win-Win. There was negotiation but no need for much of it as we were paying cash and they made us happy quickly. Joel Andreasen in the finance department was super amicable and not pushy at all. We are big Dave Ramsey fans, and I let him know that early. He presented his spiel on warranties but graciously took "No" for an answer. You can tell the staff gets along and are more than just co-workers. Everyone was upbeat and friendly. We don't buy cars often, but I will definitely give them a look to see what they have next time and recommend friends and family to them. More

There was no pressure and he was very accommodating in helping me find the car I wanted. He listened to my requests and didn't waste time showing cars I wouldn't buy. Buzz, the used car manager was helpful in obtaining the car's history report, allowing me to feel secure I was getting a good car. He also took the time to explain to my son, the pertinent information regarding the warranty on the car. Shawn, the finance manager was wonderful in getting me a low interest rate and worked in record time (especially when I told him I had to leave in 30 minutes). Overall, I would rate Jim Norton as one of the best car experiences I have had in a long time and I really like driving my car. More

Our vehicle was waiting with a full tank of gas for us upon arrival. I had an hour and a half drive to come to their lot and we were able to negotiate before I made the drive. The sales team made my wife and I with our two boys feel like we were the only ones there. Once we saw the car there was a small issue undisclosed in the talks previous. They were willing to fix the problem and work out a solution to to it. These guys restored my strong dislike for the "big car dealerships". Thanks for the hookup More
