great experience I started out at Jim Norton upon referral of a friend and ended up pretty disappointed when they did not have the car that I had signed a contract for I started out at Jim Norton upon referral of a friend and ended up pretty disappointed when they did not have the car that I had signed a contract for, it was a dealer trade so I knew that this was a possibility however nonetheless I was disappointed. I went to another dealership and the exact same thing happened to me so I came to realize this issue is a industry wide problem and not in any way inherent to Jim Norton. the next day I get a call from JN saying they found a white 4runner for me and would honor the same price we had agreed on earlier (the other dealership said they wouldn't have what I was looking for for another 8 weeks!) needless to say I was ecstatic and would recommend Jim Norton to anyone. More
