We apologize that you were not happy with your recent visit to our dealership. We offer a wide selection of vehicles, including an 'as is' selection which are very clearly marked. Some are older, have higher miles, etc. - but each has been given an oil change and safety inspection. Of course mechanical issues can arise at any time with any vehicle (as is or not) - which is why we clearly mark as-is vehicles as such, and the contracts are well defined at time of purchase. In addition, there is always the opportunity for our customers to bring any vehicle to the mechanic of their choosing prior to purchase. We believe our as-is vehicles are a great value to our customers, but do apologize that you had a mechanical issue after your purchase.

Customer relations tried to get my warranty to cover the costs of the front suspension but they wouldn't. After it was all said and done, Jim Norton is giving me $300 good will towards the repairs. I am still out $500 in addition to paying for the price of an excellent condition car. I got the short end of the stick but at least Jim Norton helped me out.
