We never once felt pressured and if she didn't We had a great experience at Jim O'Neal Ford. Lucy (Lucero Heavrin) was so helpful and patient with us. We never once felt pressured and if she didn't know an answer to a question we asked, she was honest and asked someone who did. She was overall very knowledgeable though and willing to let us test drive as many trucks as we needed until we found "our truck". Like I said - no rush.. no pressure .. she just genuinely wanted to help us find exactly what we wanted. And we did. Highly recommend her. The process with the paperwork and financing went smoothly as well. We have always dreaded the process of buying a new car/truck because it is generally so exhausting & stressful. This wasn't at all.
