When asked about the plugs that needed replacement and injector service, they called back and said they mixed up paperwork, they had two of the same cars, same year back to back. Well, if you can't keep your paperwork straight how are we supposed to trust you with our car??

They got caught in their own lie. I feel for those people that comment about their service dept that lets them know about service they need. Buyer beware, you may not need that service. Tell them to button it up and get a second opinion before you get taken for a ride.
