Once diagnosed, they conducted extensive testing to ensure the issue was fixed. I highly recommend this Dealership and will continue to use them in the future. More

I had my dream vehicle picked out (2022 toyota rav4 XLE) went down Friday to test drive of which upon arrival found there were many flaws that were not disclosed to me and still wanted to work with them. Had an out the door price which both me and my boyfriend were under the impression a trans service was going to be done as well due to high miles for the year and we had communicated with the dealership as well. The next business day I was told it would cost me $350 to do this service when Toyota who normally charges more said it would only be $300. I continued to still work with them on it as I really wanted this vehicle and was told all of these things were going to be fixed (5) things. Then I was also told for a couple dents I had to meet with their specific dent guy in the future if I wanted to pick the vehicle up on Tuesday because I already took off work; money in hand to get this vehicle which I even still said I could do. After this they said all the other things would be done and I could head down (2 hour drive) get there and the trans service hasn’t even started due to them having to special delivery things. The maintenance guys we spoke to were very nice and honest even told us about how rough the front brakes were and showed us while also figuring out it is completely missing a skid plate and the bottom was pretty rusted for the year once I seen it on the hoist. We went in and tried to get a only $250 off the price of the car (plus them already agreeing to split the trans service bill in half with me $150) so a total of $400 off the agreed price and I said I would take it as is and get them fixed on my own. They ended up being very aggressive and rude and I got up mid conversation on my dream vehicle that I had money in hand ready to buy because of the disrespect. I walked out didn’t look back and went to the Chevy dealership right next door who made sure to get me all set up and were very respectful!! More
