Jerzie, I did absolutely everything I told you I would do for you. From lowering my asking price, twice, to asking my vendors and my service department to rearrange their schedules to meet your needs and requests. I was not ever rude to you or your father in anyway shape or form. This review is a fabrication of the truth, and you should remove it.. The Rav4 is a very nice vehicle and will make someone else a happy customer. I'm sorry I couldn't drop the price for a third time for you, but sometimes you are just out of gross to work with on a deal. When I told you on the phone that I would pay for half of the trans service you wanted done on the car, and I told you I was done negotiating, I meant it. When you and your father showed up to take delivery and then wanted even more money off of the vehicle, sadly we couldn't come together on the price of the car. Good morning, this was my experience with the dealership so the review will remain posted. Thank you for taking time to respond, but bottom line things weren’t done that I was told would be along with constantly getting interrupted when trying to come to a resolution or even talk about how I felt with this situation and now being unprofessional and undermining my experience of the dealership. I really wish I didn’t have this experience because I do absolutely love Toyotas! I really hope whatever home it finds they are pleased and happy, however that home was not with me after how I was treated/spoke to. However in the future if anyone needs to deal with specifically the maintenance side of things the two young gentlemen were very honest and respectful. If they were to sell me the car I probably still would’ve taken it home due to transparency and respect I had received from them. Thank you and have a good day, Jerzie.
