Competent, Friendly, fast Jaime and the new young woman in the service check in were friendly and competent. I did miss Tony though who always took great care of his customers. I took my truck to your service center, as I had purchased the vehicle there. I was having transmission issues and your service department did nothing to fix the problem. They fixed my spark plugs a purchased the vehicle there. I was having transmission issues and your service department did nothing to fix the problem. They fixed my spark plugs and a coil and told me it was fixed. As I drove off the lot, the same sound was being made, and the transmission was still slipping. On the report it said the "misfire was gone", there was NO misfire happening in the first place when I took it in, it was my transmission. I have an extended warranty, that I also purchased from your dealership, that was able to be used for the transmission work I knew I needed. Im not really sure why my truck was not diagnosed with a transmission problem if they had actually hooked it up to see what was wrong. They also told me I needed new tires ,.as they said that was part of the rumbling sound, among other things your service manager said. After 4 new tires and supposed fixed truck, I drove on a trip for over 2 hours and the truck was so bad I thought I wouldn't make it home... needless to say im extremely disappointed in your "non" service department. I wouldn't recommend your service department to anyone looking for service. I feel like I was taken advantage of for being a woman, and I feel that the service on my truck was less than par. I have recently taken it to another shop, and the real mechanic that works there told me it was the worst transmission hes ever seen... dropped the pan and it was full of metal shavings... this did not happen overnight, this should've been seen at your dealership. Im happy to say that the small town guy knew the problem for the rumble under my truck too... torque converter... your guy said it was my shocks.... its really a shame that I couldn't rely on the dealership that i paid money to, to fix a problem. Very disappointed. I have e responded to a text sent by Glenn. With no response or concern. Next time I will know better than to take any vehicle to your business. More
