When I first moved to Michigan I used Troy Honda since it was closer. They constantly were pushing stuff I really didn't need for my 20+ year old car, and pouted when I declined. Brian at Friendly tells me if I really need it, and set me up a couple of times with a lower cost solution elsewhere using reconditioned parts. Now that I have finally purchased a new car, I'm definitely going to stay with Jim Riehl's. More
