Incredible Dealership My husband and I had purchased a used 2012 Civic from a different dealership about 3 weeks ago and had a mediocre at best experience there. Unfortuna My husband and I had purchased a used 2012 Civic from a different dealership about 3 weeks ago and had a mediocre at best experience there. Unfortunately, the car was totaled 2 weeks into owning it, so we were once again out and about to find another vehicle. We are not the ideal buyers as our credit scores are fair, not great, but we decided we'd see about financing a new 2015 Civic instead of another used. We met with Todd in new car sales and explained our unique circumstance with having just finance a now-totaled car and our interest in a new vehicle. He was extremely helpful in explaining the differences between our 2012 and the 2015 and he had us meet with Dennis in finance. Both of them were just incredible to work with. They made the experience so easy and stress-free. Dennis was able to get us financed directly with Honda America Finance and he saved us about 5% over our previous interest rate. We came in to the dealership on a Saturday and had our new car on Monday night. I cannot thank Todd and Dennis enough for all their help and the expeditious manner in which they got us into a brand new vehicle. We will be customers of theirs for life. More
