2014 HONDA CRV-EX PURCHASE This is the second CRV I have purchased from this dealership. My first Honda, a 2003, gave me 11 years practically service free. I felt very comfortable asking him questions and he showed us clippings after clippings of how great the car rides and the ratings it has received. He is just a great guy. AC repair After trying to solve AC problem myself unsuccessfully, I took my 2002 Honda Civic to Riehl's Friendly Honda. The fault turned out to be an unusual f After trying to solve AC problem myself unsuccessfully, I took my 2002 Honda Civic to Riehl's Friendly Honda. The fault turned out to be an unusual failure of a sensor on the compressor. Though the repair took three days, I feel that the work was done in as timely a manner as possible and I was charged only what the normal fee would have been. I spoke to the tech when I picked up the car and was pleased with how forthcoming about the repair and his efforts he was. All together an excellent experience. More
