I recently had an oil/filter change. Also asked about a rattle I was hearing in front of car. Checked pressure in my tires too. They did a nice job. Courteous as well. I scheduled service and Jim Riehl's Honda dealership closed due to covid-19. The service department couldn't take the time and call the people who had service scheduled and let them know they were clos closed due to covid-19.
