Brian went above and beyond to help us. We had car trouble on our way back from Boston and had another Honda Dealership fix our car. After paying $3000, the check engine light was still on. Brian helped us and they even got the other dealership to pay to fix the problem they never could. So the other dealership paid Jim Riehl's Honda what it would have cost us to fix it. I bought my 2013 CR-V for my wife at Friendly, based upon previous dealings with your service department with my 2001 Accord. The CR-V had a wining noise in the rear. first of all the guy was not happy that we came on a saturday. clearly pissed that he had to put gas in a vehicle for us to test drive.sales associate clearly annoyed that he didn't have our color choic saturday. clearly pissed that he had to put gas in a vehicle for us to test drive.sales associate clearly annoyed that he didn't have our color choice available and he would have to trade with another dealter. .. clearly pissed that we asked for money off the vehicle that he wouldn't even go ask his boss., so much so that he ripped up the sales quote in our face! I do not recommed going here if you want to negotiate the price of a vehicle, or if you want to be treated with respect and courtesy. DO NOT recommend this place! More
I went in on March 5th for an oil change and was notified of a recall. Brian was very courteous in helping me set up the appointment to fix it.
