I just bought a new Ford Bronco Sasquatch from Alfy and his team Jim Shorkey ford ! It's clear that Jim Shorkey Ford only cares about maximizing their profits by taking advantage of their customers. I was pressured into purchasing a $1500 protection package (Luxcare XT) after exp maximizing their profits by taking advantage of their customers. I was pressured into purchasing a $1500 protection package (Luxcare XT) after explicitly declining it multiple times. Jim Shorkey Ford refused my request to refund my money and made no effort to resolve the issue. I expressed my concern to both the finance manager (Tony) and the general manager (Alfy), only to be told repeatedly that the car had already been treated and that the money was non-refundable. This excuse seems all too convenient for them. After looking into the Luxcare XT product further, it turns out to be nothing more than common paint sealant, wax, and water repellant - likely worth well less than $100. This product provides very little value for the absurd and unjustifiable cost of $1500. I feel exploited and ultimately deceived. The sales process at Jim Shorkey Ford is intentionally confusing and predatory. I'm shocked that a reputable business would refuse to refund my money for a product that I'm extremely dissatisfied with and didn't want to buy in the first place. More

It took 3 transmission try’s to get it correct. Car was there for 7 weeks for a warranty issue. When I finally received my car back it was filthy inside. Amy was fantastic to deal with, an overall great buying experience. We started the day at another dealer and had a horrible experience where a car was sold out from under us while we were making a deal wit experience. I called Shorkey Ford to verify a vehicle on their website was indeed still on the lot, where I was connected with Amy. From that phone call through the rest of the buying process, she was very professional and pleasant to deal with. We were also treated with excellent customer service by the general Manager and one of the owners. The experience was night and day compared to the shady practices at the other dealer we had been at. Everyone we worked with on our new car purchase and trade was top notch from sales to finance. I would recommend Amy and this dealership to anyone if you want an easy, honest and fair new car trade and purchase. More
