It took 3 transmission try’s to get it correct. Car was there for 7 weeks for a warranty issue. When I finally received my car back it was filthy inside. Amy was fantastic to deal with, an overall great buying experience. We started the day at another dealer and had a horrible experience where a car was sold out from under us while we were making a deal wit experience. I called Shorkey Ford to verify a vehicle on their website was indeed still on the lot, where I was connected with Amy. From that phone call through the rest of the buying process, she was very professional and pleasant to deal with. We were also treated with excellent customer service by the general Manager and one of the owners. The experience was night and day compared to the shady practices at the other dealer we had been at. Everyone we worked with on our new car purchase and trade was top notch from sales to finance. I would recommend Amy and this dealership to anyone if you want an easy, honest and fair new car trade and purchase. More

If I could give negative stars, I would! Avoid at all costs! They have had my SUV for 2 months SO FAR!!!!!! Stopped because I seen a truck I was interested on the lot. Decided I wanted to take a closer look and before I made to the showroom I was greated out in the cold by salesman Allen Wright. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared for customers. We started talking about the truck and before I knew it I was on a test drive. My family was with me and Allen did everthing to make them comfortable even offered to order food because it was around dinner time. He is a very good non pushy salesman. Allen and general sales manager Mike Cross worked very hard and cared about getting me the deal I was looking for. Tracy Allen from finance even sold me extra coverage that I usually don't go for because he worked with what I was buying and what I wanted. Overall it was a good experience for me and my family while they waited through the sometimes lengthy vehicle buying process. More
