RUDE, I WOULD RATHER TALK WITH HILTER THEN KEITH AGAIN LET ME BEGIN, MY SALESMAN , ROY WAS THE BEST, ENJOYABLE, TRUSTING, FUNNY, KNOWLEDGABLE, THE TIME I SPENT WITH HIM WAS THE BEST I EVER WAS TREATED, I W LET ME BEGIN, MY SALESMAN , ROY WAS THE BEST, ENJOYABLE, TRUSTING, FUNNY, KNOWLEDGABLE, THE TIME I SPENT WITH HIM WAS THE BEST I EVER WAS TREATED, I WAS GOING TO BUY THE CAR JUST BECAUSE OF HIM, I WENT TO FOUR OTHER FORD DEALERSHIP LOOKED AT THE EXACT CAR, BUT WORKING WITH ROY FAR OUT RANKED THE OTHERS, EVEN THOUGH THE PRICE WAS HIGHER AND THE PAYMENTS WAS HIGHER, I WAS GOING TO DO IT ANY WAY. UNTIL HILTER KIETH ARRIVED, CUTTING OFF MY SENTENCES, SAYING HE HAS MORE EXPERIENCE IN THE CAR BUSINESS THEN I HAVE BEEN ALIVE, RUDE, DID NOT WANT TO WORK WITH ME ON THE PRICE, CUT ME OFF ALL THE TIME, BASICALLY THINKING HE WAS BETTER THEN ME. I GUARANTEE I HAVE MORE EDUCATION, MAKE MORE MONEY, AND LIVE IN A NICER AREA THEN HE EVER DREAMED. BUT HE TREATED ME LIKE THE xxxx OF THE EARTH. I GUARANTEE I WILL NOTIFY FORD ON THIS MANS BEHAVIOR. ROY CALLED ME AFTERWARDS AND WE TALKED ABOUT THE PRICE, I DIRECTLY TOLD HIM IF KEITH IS NEAR ME, BREATHS IN MY DIRECTION, OR HIS SHADOW COMES NEAR ME, ALL DEALS ARE OFF. ROY WALKED ME AROUND THE CAR AND TOLD ME THINGS ABOUT THE CAR THE OTHER DEALERSHIP NEVER DID, THAT I NEVER KNEW. THEN SHOWED ME THEIR NEW SERVICE AREA, VERY IMPRESSIVE. BUT ALL THE SHINNING STARS ROY GOT WAS DESTROYED IN MINUTES WITH THIS HILTER KIETH. I WILL BE CALLING SHORKEYS, IF THERE IS A JIM SHORKEY, I WANT TO SPEAK TO HIM DIRECTLY. More

Liz Drake and Chris Barnes (who was training) were very knowledgeable and were able to answ My experience at Jim Shorkey Ford was a very positive one. Liz Drake and Chris Barnes (who was training) were very knowledgeable and were able to answer every question I had without hesitation. When I spoke with Chris a few days before I visited the dealership, he was able to find the exact car I wanted. He studied the car from front to back and on our test drive, he knew everything about my new car. Not one question went unanswered. Liz and Chris made my family feel at home. We were comfortable the entire time during our transaction. They went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible. The gentlemen who details the cars was not working the day of my purchase, so Liz went out herself and detailed my new car. This amazed me. I am very pleased and will refer friends, family and co-workers to Jim Shorkey. Thank you Liz and Chris. I am now in my dream car!!! More

Great service for an out of town customer! I found a 2014 Mini Countryman online and was interested, but I live in Cleveland (2.5 hours away). I emailed the dealership who immediately responded I found a 2014 Mini Countryman online and was interested, but I live in Cleveland (2.5 hours away). I emailed the dealership who immediately responded back to me. I told them my concerns- buying a car from out of state, not being able to test drive it, having the old cliche happen "Oh man, we just sold that car!". Adding to my anxiety over the issue, my wife would be the one driving out to pick up the car. None of my concerns had merit. The dealership was a pleasure to work with. First up- Paula called and walked me through the preliminaries- bang up job without being overly pushy. Lou was the next person I dealt with- friendly and accommodating (went through the effort of sending me a bunch of additional pics of the vehicle to make me more confident in the vehicle) and working with me to hold the vehicle so the 2.5 drive wouldn't be a waste.When my wife finally made the trip out there, she was treated with courtesy and respect by all she dealt with, specifically Isaac but also Lou. The car was exactly as advertised (arguably better since the original pictures the dealership posted didn't do it justice) and we purchased the vehicle. One specific thing I want to mention is that they took care of the little things that can make or break an experience. Example- they knew my wife had a long drive so rather than give her the customary 1/2 tank of gas, they filled the tank all of the way up so she wouldn't have to stop on the way home. They also made sure to send her out the door with a bottle of water for the long drive. All in all just a great experience! More
