We had a great experience mostly. The only thing that discouraged us was that my mom was a dietetic and need to eat and they would not let us leave. My initial contact with a salesperson at Carriage Kia was a horrible experience. The salesman lied to me about having a specific auto in stock. He took me back inside and worked with me on comparable autos and did his absolute best to make up for the bad start. When I finally purchased my auto, I was very happy with working with Tim in correcting the issue. I am very pleased to see that a business still cares for their customer. More
I had researched several vehicles I wanted to test drive, including the Kia Soul and the Nissan Versa. The Soul, while a really cool vehicle, was not going to be the best ride for me long term. Chuck went out of his way, and drove over to the Nissan dealership down the road and brought me back a Versa. After listening to the xxxxxxand con's we had for the vehicles, he asked me about the Optima. I had not considered it, and thought it would be very much out of my price range. Chuck and the rest of the team worked with us, and we were able to come to an agreement. The car drives fantastically, and the entire sales team were just great!! More

We had intended to compare the Sedona with the Honda Odyssey. However, after driving the 2010 Sedona, we never made it to the Honda dealership! The 2010 was much improved over the 2003, which we were Odyssey. However, after driving the 2010 Sedona, we never made it to the Honda dealership! The 2010 was much improved over the 2003, which we were trading in. The sales staff was most helpful in answering our questions and showing us all of the bells and whistles on the new van. The process of buying a new car still takes way too long, but we don't have any suggestions on how to make this process shorter. More
My husband and I had heard all kinds of great thngs about Kia. One friend told us to go visit Carriage Kia because of the outstanding service they received.
