I wrote a satisfactory figure on the deal sheet and the salesman Mark disappeared to management and came back a short time later and told me Shorkey accepted it. He presented no re-written deal and I took him at his word. Only to find out two days later while wanting to take delivery of the car that the final number, interest rate and payment was higher. Mark did make a good effort finding us a vehicle we liked. No other positives. Will go elsewhere when we get back from OBX. More

I just lost an entire day of my busy life trying to buy a car to sit down and start signing to find out my sales woman gave me false information on the manufacture warranty and then they tried to sale me an car to sit down and start signing to find out my sales woman gave me false information on the manufacture warranty and then they tried to sale me an extended warranty for over 2k to compensate for the lack of warranty not carrying over from the manufacturer. Not only that, the start of my day with her started out on a bad foot. I spoke with Kenzie on the phone and advised I was taking my vehicle in for service at another one of their locations. She advised either her or someone else would be there to pick me up at 11:45. At 11:55 when no one was there, I tried calling her and she did not answer. I had to walk to the lot and wait 30 minutes for to help me even though I had a scheduled appointment with her. I clearly specified the importance of the warranty to her and the Mitsubishi warranty is what attracted me to their dealership. I even pointed at the sticker on the car and questioned whether or not it came with the manufacture warranty and she advised yes. Twice I tried to test drive a new one and she would not let me drive one. I have a valid listener, excellent credit, and a clean record. I have bought new cars off of Shorkey before. In fact they have been my go to dealer for the past few new cars I bought. I will be finding a new dealership for my current and future needs. I am not sure I should hold her liable or if it is the company’s fault for lack of training. Either way, they should have honored what the sales woman said. Literally 6 hrs wasted and I now don’t trust going back there to do business. More
