Poor service from Desmond. Called him about my tag still have not heard back from him. During my oil change visit, the tech usually does an inspection to let you know what services are needed or will be needed soon. However, I did not receive a report at all. Therefore, I highly doubt my inspection to let you know what services are needed or will be needed soon. However, I did not receive a report at all. Therefore, I highly doubt my tires were rotated and balanced as they should have been and I should have received the fluids and other things update. I even texted the advisor and asked about my brakes because I’ve been hearing squealing. I asked about my rear drum brakes because I know nothing about when or how often those should be changed and all the advisor said was brakes need replacing. That was not helpful and I surely will not bring my vehicle to Carriage for the brake replacement. If an advisor is not willing to communicate, I will go elsewhere. More
