I always go to Carriage for my oil changes/work and have been satisfied each time; however, this last time I didn't get the windshield wipers added on like I requested which would have resulted in me comin been satisfied each time; however, this last time I didn't get the windshield wipers added on like I requested which would have resulted in me coming back for another visit. the oil change sticker isn't always changed;is this enough to warrant a four star rating, I don't know. I live quite a distance away and I guess I expected everything to be taken care of even down to the smallest details . they did wash my car and I was grateful for that. maybe it was just a bad day. The response time and level of professionalism from Hannah and Tania who initially responded to my internet inquiry was impressive. They were able to give me a very competitive offer and answer all of our questions right away over text. By the time we drove up to the dealership we just needed to do a test drive and complete the paperwork. Juan was our salesman and had the car ready for us and provided lots of good information about that particular vehicle. Juan was knowledgeable, personable and attentive and made sure we were comfortable throughout the process. The sales manager (Brandon?) went over the pros and cons of different financing choices but ultimately neither Juan nor Brandon put any pressure on us. Based on our purchasing experience today I'd highly recommend Carriage. I appreciate the direct and straightforward pricing we received as well as their level of customer service. More

I took my Altima to get the brake pads changed after getting a good price from the dealer. Service called to let me know the pads were still in good shape and didn’t need to be replaced at 60,000 miles. getting a good price from the dealer.
