The staff that I encountered was super to work with. They were freindly, accomodating and too pushy. I never felt pressured to make a purchase and I feel that I got a great price. My truck holds seven quarts of oil. You cant buy the oil and oil filter for under 40.00 bucks. Carriage Nissan changes my oil for 35.00 and you dont have to dispose of anything. You also get your vehicle wa and oil filter for under 40.00 bucks. Carriage Nissan changes my oil for 35.00 and you dont have to dispose of anything. You also get your vehicle washed FOR FREE its included. Also a free twelve pack of coke products. Let me tell you, I've been coming here since 2007 when i bought my Titan, the price didn't go up to included all the free stuff, the service you receive here is phenomenal. I once had a leak in my back glass the Manager of the Dealership came out in a suit and tie and got tools and was taking my truck apart to find the problem {Chris Ellison}. Were else would that take place, probably only at Carriage Nissan. I was a Diehard Ford man until,{no lie} i bought my Titan at Carriage Nissan. I had bought fords for ten years, had about , well i had a silver ford ranger, green ford ranger, red ford ranger, blue ford ranger, red focus the one that replaced the svt edition it was fast and very stylish, silver Taurus, ford explorer sport, white ford ranger, smoke graphite Taurus, ford ltd cop edition 351 Cleveland, and also right now a 2004 explorer. None compare to the power and reliability i have had with my Titan. The guys and girls at Carriage Nissan keep it at its max performance also. After dealing with them through the years your butt doesn't feel like it got screwed when you leave the service department. I highly recommended..... More
I visited the dealership to look at a used 2012 Pathfinder over this past weekend. I came from southwest Georgia, coming to the Atlanta area on business. (Otherwise I would never have considered dr Pathfinder over this past weekend. I came from southwest Georgia, coming to the Atlanta area on business. (Otherwise I would never have considered driving over 200 miles to solely look at this vehicle.) Still, I drove an additional 60 miles north to look at this Pathfinder. Michael is friendly and personable. He promised to fill MY tank of gas if we could not come to an agreement on the sale. This vehicle is not gently used. The outside has scratches on it, and the interior is wrecked. Keep in mind that this vehicle is less than a year old! The asking price does not reflect the condition of the vehicle. I called the dealership on this, and they would not budge. No sweat - I am willing to add 120 additional miles to my current vehicle to find the right trade. But, Michael, you failed to keep your word and buy me a tank of gas. And, you never mentioned or offered your promotion of the $25 Master Card for test driving a vehicle. By not keeping your word YOU WASTED MY TIME. There really is nothing exceptional about this dealership. Like any other dealership, once you dive too deep into their profit they are no longer friendly. In fact, they actually raised the price of this used 2012 Pathfinder after my visit. Classy. Demand more from any dealership! People, if you pay MSRP for a used vehicle that is not pristine, you not only hurt your own wallet but also the wallets of other consumers. Carriage raised the price of this vehicle because they will "negotiate" the price down to where it was when I visited, giving you the illusion that you received a great deal. All said and done, there are plenty of other Pathfinders out there, not to mention much better prices. STOP PAYING MSRP! More
So I was searching for a 2013 Nissan Altima after going to Sutherlin and not even getting close to the deal I wanted I went to Carriage they worked out a deal which was OK at first, later on during the wee to Sutherlin and not even getting close to the deal I wanted I went to Carriage they worked out a deal which was OK at first, later on during the week Rafael and Bryan got back to me with an even better offer. I ended up going by Gwinnett Place Nissan to see what they had to offer and they said there's no way Carriage is giving you that deal they must be saying that to just get you in the store. At that point I was ready to give up, anyways I ended up going back to Carriage and got exactly what I was told and ended up buying the car that night. From customer service to prices there's no better Nissan store than Carriage. Don't waste your time and go to them. More
I had a easy and excellent experience. I contacted the dealership because I had to get two new cars and trade in one new car. I did not think the transaction was possible but the dealership advised me to dealership because I had to get two new cars and trade in one new car. I did not think the transaction was possible but the dealership advised me to drive the 50 miles to come in and they would get it done. I felt there was no way it would get done, but after a short wait, I picked out two brand new 2012 Nissan Sentra's, at the payment I could afford and traded in my new 2012 Nissan Maxima. The deal was beneficial to me and I drove off the lot with no problems. I am truly appreciative for what was done for me and just want to say thank you for your help and I will be back and refer friends and family to Carriage Nissan. More
