The employees were great. I thought the repair of the steering wheel rattle was good, until 2 wks later, the rattle noise is worse than ever. I had my car towed to the dealership on a Sunday afternoon and first thing Monday morning I got a follow up phone call and by 10 that same morning my car was ready to be picked up. Bruce was very easy to work with, kind, understanding, and this is very important he did NOT PUSH me into getting the car. He made me feel like I could walk away at any point, and in turn it only made me want to stay to get my JUKE (AWESOME vehicle AWESOME!!!!!!). The delivery specialist Josh was very nice, kind, and a great guy that had me laughing the whole time. I can honestly say I have never had anyone show me how to work all the buttons in my car before and especially NOT make me feel stupid that I didn't know how to work HALF the buttons. Ok, well I was only able to work maybe 1/3 of them but who's counting!! =) This is an AMAZING service that they offer and I hope that they continue to offer it in the future. They have a great service department. Due to the work mileage I visit every 6-8 weeks! I love knowing I do not have to keep up with my maintenance schedule. They check my records consistently, and each mileage I visit every 6-8 weeks! I love knowing I do not have to keep up with my maintenance schedule. They check my records consistently, and each time I go, they let know what if more than the normal servicing will be due the next visit. They are great at letting me know if anything unexpected is seen while doing servicing. Even if all is okay, they come and talk with you after servicing to let you know how it went. This is a great service to know you will have conversation with service manager before leaving, not just handed your keys and let go. The hours are great as well. More
