Every step of the way, he told me what he was doing and was up front and clear with me, which was a plus to me. I didn't have to meet 5 different people trying to push deals on me. I dealt with one person (Jeff) from beginning to end. There was no fast talking, Jeff asked me what i was looking for and what was my comfort level, with that he made his recommendation that fit me! The main thing that stood out for me is that he LISTEN to me and what I wanted, that was so refreshing! The process went so smooth, I actually remember saying "that's it"! Every person i encoutered at the dealership was pleasant and had a smile, the followup is awesome as well!
