This was a very pleasant experience. We did not spend endless hours in the showroom, our first visit was 20 minutes and then the final visit to make the purchase was quick and very easy. They made it easy to negotiate with as well, no running back to the credit manager to "get the price approved" they were able to make the negotiated price their selves. I was looking to buy a new Nissan Versa and was quoted a price (sticker price)and was told I did not have to pay for a dealer add on. The dealership added the price to the window sticker price and never exp price (sticker price)and was told I did not have to pay for a dealer add on. I brought it to their attention when I got home,and was told they had to talk to the owner of the company who was out of the country. I had a wonderful experience at Carriage. I am a mom of 2, now driving, teenagers in Atlanta and ready to get rid of my Mommy Van. Because there where not many 2012 available, there was little negotiating. I decided to go online and see what kind of online deal I could find. Carriage Nissan came back with the best "no haggle" price on a 2012 that was in route to Gainesville. This price was 3+ thousand dollars less than any price I got in Atlanta. I drove to Gainesville to do the paperwork and there was only one surprise, the transit slip said the car had navigation. I got the navigation for dealer cost. The car was still on its way to Georgia so I had to wait a couple of weeks for it to arrive. Carriage was great about keeping me informed and up to date on its arrival.
