It had just started raining really hard when I entered the lot. My husband and I saw the Versa and got our umberlla got out to look anyway. Then (in the rain) I saw a salesperson coming our way. We talked a little while and I asked him, do you let people drive these cars in the rain. He said sure. I don't know how it happened, I really didn't even know what kind of car I wanted, but I bought a Nissan and I've been very happy with it. Ron just seemed like he really knew the car and all it's values. It was a great experience. I think the most impressive (or one of the most) was he came out in the pouring rain, not knowing if he'd make a sale or not. I've been in retail about 15 years and I'm a hard person to please when it comes to customer service and he impressed me from the start.
