We had a great experience with Carriage Nissan in purchasing our new Quest. The salesman,Lamar Elrod, met us at the curb and showed us several models. We were offered something to drink and the staff was very friendly to my husband, my grandson, and me. Lamar took me on a nice drive and explained all the features. When we decided to purchase the van, Lamar and Carl worked with us so the pricing would be within our budget. After the purchase, Sharon explained we would receive 1 yr maintenance and the warranty. She introduced us to the service manager and went over the features again. I would recommend Carriage Nissan to anyone I know. More
Everyone worked hard to get the vehicle ready and explain it's operation. Ashley was instrumental in closing the deal by responding promptly throughout the day to my inquiries where internet sales people at it's operation. My experience with Carriage Nissan was very rewarding in the sense that their salesman helped me to find the right car with the features I wanted at an affordable price and be within my budget. They weren't the sense that their salesman helped me to find the right car with the features I wanted at an affordable price and be within my budget. They weren't pushy and following me around, while I looked at what they had on their lot. That meant alot. Like most car buyers, I don't like like being followed around while I'm deciding on what car I might want to test drive. Dustin Seagraves was super to deal with. He helped me alot by giving me the opportunity to drive several models, find the right color I wanted and to narrow my search for the right car by it's features.He and Alex were very informative in explaining what features each vehicle had and showing me how they worked. They were patient with me, while I checked out each car and came to my final decision on my purchase. They equiped my car wih my preference of radio and wheels to make the deal I wanted. The 2012 Nissan Altima 2.5 is an expensive looking car with an economical price for the features it has and the great gas mileage it gets. WE GOT WITH RONNIE, WAYNE, AND YOUR USED CAR GUY (SORRY FOR NOT REMEMBERING HIS NAME)AND MADE A DEAL. Each person at your dealership was professional and personable. Our salesperson, Jeff, was very helpful and straight forward with us. We are the owners of 2 Hondas and told him we were just beginning our car search and planned to test drive another Honda before we decided to purchase. He was very understanding and encouraged us to do that. We were impressed with the Honda, but felt that it was falling short in several areas compared to the Altima. Jeff followed up with us the morning after we were there as did someone from the office. It is important to us that we were not pressured----just assured that we could ask questions and make our own decision. (The Honda dealership has still not contacted us). OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The whole buying experience with Carriage Nissan was super. It was evident that the whole staff, from the internet sales dept, sales dept, finance dept, to the Opera experience with Carriage Nissan was super. It was evident that the whole staff, from the internet sales dept, sales dept, finance dept, to the Operations Director himself were dedicated to ensuring the customer got what they wanted. My wife and I bought her new "Z" the first night we drove to the dealership. Ken, a military veteran, greeted us immediately and helped us choose and find the right "Z" car for my wife. He noted each and every detail of this legendary sports car. Later, Wayne, another salesman/finance expert, worked with us on the financial paperwork. BTW, everything was explained with no smoke and mirrors. Later, Ken and Wayne both ensured we got the best loan rate going, even beating my own preapproved Credit Union rate. As for driving the car home, unfortunately, we had to wait till the next night for the car to be shipped down to Carriage Nissan. However, the Ops Director, Chris, pulled all of his own personal stuff out of his own loaner car and gave it to us to drive back home . . . with a "Who" CD already loaded in the system. We were even informed by phone when our vehicle arrived at the dealership. Of course, the service didn't end there, Ken, Rhonda, and Stephanie, all helped finish up the paperwork the next evening when we arrived to see my wife's beautiful "Z". Stephanie went over all the warranty and vehicle information prior to getting in our car and also provided a personal tour of all the different buttons and functions of our new car. All we can say is that everyone we met gave us the 1st class treatment, THANK YOU and TWO THUMBS UP for Carriage Nissan!! More
